Welcome to amcati ( pronounced am - cot- ee). I am glad you are here. I think this is a good time to introduce myself. I am thirty thirty-one, never been married, and have no children.

I currently live in a relatively small town in North Carolina where I work full time. I consider myself to have a pretty good job, you know I could always be paid more just like everyone else. I live with Shih-Tzu, Chloe and spend a lot of time with my computer whiz boyfriend, Cody.

Here are  100 things about me in no particular order:

1.   I was born in Georgia.

2.   I *heart* Target.

3.   I thought “Squirt the Hurt” was the real name of the antiseptic spray my mom used when I was a kid.

4.   I have a dog.

5.   a chocolate lab named “Ellie”.

6.   I was Valedictorian of my high school class.

7.   I love Sharpies.

8.   I can’t wait to have kids.

9.   Wait, yes I can, until I get married.

10. I want to learn CSS (is it hard, I have no clue)

11. I am a Christian.

12. My favorite is dark chocolate.

13. Diet Coke is the best.

14. I drink lots of it.

15. People think I am ditzy.

16. I’m not.

17. But I am a little clumsy.

18. I am a terrible bowler.

19. I have a good sense of direction.

20. I have traveled to Europe.

21. I visited the Today Show when In NYC

22. And I shook Matt Lauer’s hand – pretty cool.

23.  I love Jesus.

24.  I went to boarding school for middle and high school

25.  I loved it.

26. I have a sister that is 13 years younger than me

27. I love her like she was my own child

28. I have a hard time dealing with her being a “grown up”

29. I believe in politeness

30. I try to love God and Love people as my first priorities

31.  it is very difficult sometimes.

32.  I like to make things, I am somewhat crafty.

33.  I really wanted to be an interior designer.

34. but I work for a tax software company.

35. It is a nice company.

36.  I love magazines

37.  I wish that I could have a small garden for herbs, tomatoes, etc.

38.  I love Baltimore, love it – I have only been there once.

39. I have always wanted to go to the world’s longest yard sale or the 127 sale.

40.  I have always wanted to be a contestant on the wheel of fortune.

41.  When typing I use 2 spaces after a period – That is the way I was taught.

42.  It is impossible to switch to one space– I have to do a find and replace to rectify.

43.  I really like the David Crowder Band.  Their music is amazing.

44. In 5th Grade, I had a crimp perm. It was crazy.

45.  I love Cody Leroy Watson.

46.  I didn’t believe him when he told me his middle name was Lee.

47.  I often feel like I am not good enough to be the things I desire to be.

48.  When I was a little girl – I pretended that I was one of Barker’s beauties

49. and I would do the hand swoop over items in my great-grandmother’s house as if her house was a in       the showcase showdown.

50.  Barbies were my favorite thing ever when I was a kid.

51.  I really like etsy.

52.  I would also love to be a stay at home mom.

53.  Double negatives absolutely drive me nuts.

54. I have a Macbook and love it.

55. Burt’s Bees on my lips is my favorite.

56. The movie ELF is hilarious.

57.  Footloose is one of my favorite movies.

59.  I still have a baby tooth.

60.  I use sharpies almost always as my primary writing utensil (the skinny ones)

61.  I saw Michael Jordan play basketball the first year the Bulls won the championship

62.  Even though I am over 30, I don’t feel like a real “grown up”

63.  I like to watch the Amazing Race.

64.  and almost any show on HGTV.

65.  I have tons of blogs in my Google reader

66.  I rarely comment on other blogs.

71.  I wish my sister would listen to me more.

74.  I really want to travel to all fifty states with Cody.

75.  Holly Burns is one of my favorite bloggers.

76.  I feel like I know her – but I don’t.

77.  Sometimes my job is super stressful.

78.   It is almost unbearable to about 2 months – then it is better.

79.  It goes through that cycle every year during tax season.

80.  Mid December through mid February are the worst.

81.  One of my favorite days ever was one I spent at the beach with my sister in June 08.

82. Another favorite day was at Skull Island (waterpark) with Cody in June of 06.

83.  I passed the EA exam the first time I tried

84.  It is a really hard IRS test about tax law.

85.  I almost always spill the food I am eating on my shirt.

86.  I am a horrible typist.

87.  I love to send people mail

88.  Every time I travel I send postcards.

89.  I really dislike when people have bumper stickers or t shirts with words that are inappropriate for children.

90.  When I was small, I was afraid of getting caught in a “bowl”(really bolt) of lightning.

91.  I like to camp.

92.  I also like Sephora.

93. Nice, clean bed linens are the best.

94.  I don’t watch American Idol.

95.  I think that celebrities are overrated.

96.  I wish I could master a British accent.

97.  I want to make a difference in people’s lives.

98.  I would rather give an gift than receive one.

99.  I like reading about Marie Antionette.

100. I have made lots of mistakes, but I have been forgiven.
